Dynatrace expands AWS integrations & wins LATAM partner award

Fri, 5th Dec 2025

Dynatrace has expanded its service integrations with Amazon Web Services (AWS), introducing support for Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, AWS DevOps Agent, and AWS Security Hub.

AWS integrations

The latest integrations aim to give customers increased visibility, automation, and security across AWS cloud environments. Dynatrace's Cloud Operations Solution now supports automatic discovery of new AWS services, ingestion of telemetry and metadata, and provides unified dashboards with AI-driven insights for performance, cost control and modernisation. These features are designed to offer real-time situational awareness and actionable intelligence for enterprise teams managing cloud-based operations.

New features also include integration with AWS DevOps Agent, which supports automated troubleshooting and root cause analysis. The Dynatrace platform leverages domain-specific AWS context to reduce mean time to resolution by identifying performance issues, their business impact, underlying causes, and possible remediation options.

Agentic AI focus

Dynatrace has achieved the AWS Agentic AI Specialization within the AWS AI Competency category. This distinction acknowledges providers with expertise in monitoring and governing agentic AI systems. It reflects technical capability and customer success in optimising Agentic AI performance and maintaining governance in production settings.

"Our collaboration with AWS continues to drive innovation and deliver meaningful outcomes for our customers. Achieving the AWS Agentic AI Specialization and being recognised as a Partner of the Year underscores our shared commitment to empowering organisations in the AI era. Together, Dynatrace and AWS are helping customers turn cloud complexity into a strategic advantage and drive their business forward," said Jay Snyder, SVP, Global Partner and Alliances, Dynatrace.

Autonomous agent launch

The Kiro autonomous agent has been introduced to help developers by automating tasks such as bug triage and feature implementation. It makes use of Dynatrace's observability data, system understanding, and process knowledge to handle work autonomously, aiming to free developers to focus on higher value initiatives. The new 'Kiro power' capability extends observability insights directly to development agents to specialise AI agents within workflows without requiring context switching.

Security enhancements

Integration with AWS Security Hub delivers real-time cloud security observability and AI-driven insights. This is intended to help customers accelerate threat detection, reduce time to remediation, and improve compliance standards. The integration provides visibility and helps organisations manage cloud risk and resilience through centralised security intelligence.
