Gallagher Security has reshaped its Americas sales leadership team with two internal promotions and one external appointment as it forecasts more than 30 per cent growth in the region this financial year.

The reorganisation is aimed at supporting expansion across the Americas as Gallagher scales its regional operations and sales structure. The changes affect leadership for the US East, Latin America, federal markets, the US West, Canada, and strategic accounts and vertical markets across the region.

Jeff Fields has been promoted to Regional Vice President, Sales - US East, LATAM and Federal Markets. He will oversee sales strategy, team leadership and business development across those markets, and act as executive sponsor for key customer and partner relationships.

According to Gallagher, Fields has spent more than 35 years in the industry, working with end users, channel partners and government programmes.

"After more than 35 years in this industry, I've learned that success is rooted in trust, serving customers, and supporting the people around you. I'm honored to step into this expanded role, and I look forward to paying forward the knowledge and lessons that have shaped my career as we continue to grow across the Americas," said Fields.

Natalie Bannon has been promoted to Senior Director, Strategic Accounts & Vertical Markets - Americas. Her expanded remit covers strategic account development and engagement with vertical markets across the region.

Gallagher credited Bannon with helping build strategic relationships and key initiatives, including the creation of its global Consultant Program. In her new role, she will work with end users, technology partners and channel partners across selected industries.

"One of my favorite parts of what I do has always been connecting dots - bringing together customers, partners, people, and ideas that might otherwise sit in separate lanes. This role expands the opportunity to turn more of those connections into growth and impact. I'm grateful for the opportunity and excited for what's ahead," said Bannon.

The third change sees Charles Reed join as Regional Vice President, Sales - US West and Canada. He joins from i-PRO Americas, where he most recently served as Regional Sales Director.

According to Gallagher, Reed has more than two decades of leadership, sales and business development experience across the security and technology sectors. He will lead the sales organisation across the western United States and Canada, with responsibility for customer and channel relationships and regional talent development.

"I am really looking forward to joining the Gallagher team and supporting Channel Partners and End Users to unlock more value from their security solutions. I am especially excited to join my new colleagues on the floor at GSX next week, I have my orange shoes ready to go!" said Reed.

Regional focus

The appointments point to a more segmented structure for Gallagher's Americas business as it seeks deeper coverage across distinct territories and customer groups. Rather than using a single broad sales approach, the revised line-up assigns leaders to eastern and federal markets, western and Canadian markets, and strategic accounts and industry verticals.

The structure also suggests a stronger emphasis on channel management and partner relationships, an important route to market in the physical security industry. Manufacturers in the sector often rely on systems integrators, consultants and technology alliances to win larger projects across government, commercial and institutional buyers.

Gallagher is investing in leadership and organisational design as the business enters what it describes as its next phase of growth in the Americas, linking that effort to the region's larger and more complex markets.

Matt Butts, Executive Vice President - Americas, described the changes as part of a broader internal build-out. "Planning for strategic expansion has been a key focus for our team this year. We are incredibly excited about the opportunity ahead, and it is crucial that we set our teams up for success - not just in capability, but in the culture we build along the way," he said.

He added: "Enabling the next phase for Gallagher really comes down to our people, and I am thrilled to congratulate Jeff, Natalie, and Charles on their new roles. I have every confidence that they, along with their dedicated teams, will continue to deliver strong results both for Gallagher and our partners across the Americas."
