Tue, 1st Apr 2025

Rapid7 has announced the winners of its global 2025 Partner of the Year Awards, recognising exceptional performance and collaboration among its partners around the world.

The awards programme, now in its fifth year, identifies members of Rapid7's network who have demonstrated outstanding success in cybersecurity product and services delivery, and customer retention.

The latest awards also come in the wake of updates to Rapid7's global PACT partner programme, aimed at providing tailored engagement programmes and specialisations, along with a new Partner Training Academy and an expanded partner portal.

Alex Page, Vice President of Global Channel and Emerging Technology Sales at Rapid7, commented on the awards, "The global Rapid7 partner community is essential in furthering our mission to give customers command of their attack surface with the most adaptive, predictive, and responsive cybersecurity platform. Through the annual Partner of the Year Awards, we acknowledge the various ways our partners excel in specialisation, collaboration, and, most importantly, customer outcomes."

The awards this year saw 27 partners recognised across 17 categories, spread across four major geographic regions: North America, Latin America, EMEA, and the APJ region. Notable winners included SHI as North America Partner of the Year, Netconn as Latin America Partner of the Year, and DGplex taking the title of APJ Partner of the Year.

From the North America region, Jared Crowley, Senior Director of Partner Software and Security Sales at SHI, expressed his gratitude, saying, "It is an honour for SHI to be recognised as the North America Partner of the Year, Cloud Partner of the Year, and VM Partner of the Year. These awards are a reflection of our team's dedication and expertise in delivering innovative solutions to our customers. We are excited to continue strengthening our partnership with Rapid7 to drive even greater success together in the future."

In the EMEA region, Softcat was named Partner of the Year. Will Day, Cybersecurity Alliances Lead at Softcat, remarked, "I am delighted that the hard work and commitment of the teams has been recognised in this award. It is testament to the strength of partnership between Softcat and Rapid7, refined over the last 10-plus years, yet still fuelled by a joint desire to win new customers and provide them with market-leading SecOps solutions."

"I'm looking forward to seeing what the next 12 months of growth in the partnership will bring."

DGplex emerged as the APJ Partner of the Year. Jordan Del-Grande, CEO and Founder of DGplex, said, "We at DGplex are incredibly honoured to be recognised as the APJ Partner of the Year by Rapid7. This award is a testament to our team's dedication and expertise in delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Rapid7 to drive excellence and provide unparalleled value to our clients across the region."

Australian partners that gained recognition in their respective categories within the APJ region included Telstra, DGplex, Cythera, CyberRisk, and ctrl:cyber. Other winners from the APJ region involved APTSecure Technologies from the Philippines and Wysetek Systems Technologists from India.

The awards highlight Rapid7's commitment to enhancing cybersecurity measures globally through collaboration with partners, optimising customer outcomes, and refining its product and service offerings.
