Integrity360 launches managed OT security services
Tue, 3rd Nov 2026 (Today)
Integrity360 has launched a portfolio of managed Operational Technology security services covering five areas for industrial and operational environments.
The new services extend the company's existing OT security practice by adding ongoing management to its consulting, assessment and professional services. The launch reflects stronger demand from organisations seeking continuous OT security oversight rather than one-off projects.
OT systems are used in manufacturing, utilities, transport and building automation. These environments often differ from mainstream IT because equipment can remain in use for long periods, and taking systems offline for patching can disrupt production or other critical processes.
As a result, operators often rely on compensating controls and other mitigation measures while keeping systems available. The new managed services are intended to address that challenge.
Five areas
The portfolio is organised into five areas. Managed OT Security Posture is designed to help organisations identify assets in OT environments, determine which are most important, and track vulnerabilities and exposures over time, including remediation and mitigation where patching may not be possible.
Managed OT Access Security focuses on access controls for employees, contractors and remote users. It covers identities, privileged access and remote connectivity to govern who can reach operational systems and what actions they can take.
Managed OT Network Security covers communications and network infrastructure in OT settings. Its scope includes segmentation within OT networks and between IT and OT systems, as well as ongoing management of related controls.
Managed OT Threat Detection is intended to monitor OT environments for threats, validate and investigate activity, and escalate incidents with response guidance. Organisations can use it as a dedicated OT monitoring service or combine OT detections with broader IT security telemetry in a single monitoring model.
The fifth area, Managed OT Resilience & Response, supports preparation for and response to cyber incidents affecting operational environments. It includes incident response support, playbooks and preparedness exercises focused on recovery and limiting disruption.
Different model
The portfolio also supports governance across the five areas through compliance-ready reporting, risk-based assurance and control mapping aligned with OT-relevant standards and frameworks.
Threat detection and response in OT often require a different operating model from IT security. Automated containment steps that may be suitable for an office device can create operational risks when applied to plant equipment or systems linked to physical processes.
As a result, the managed service is designed to operate with response playbooks agreed by security operations teams and plant or OT engineering teams. The aim is to set out how those teams should work together when a threat is detected in an operational setting.
"OT environments are increasingly targeted, but securing them is quite different from securing traditional IT. You may be dealing with equipment that has been running for years and you cannot simply patch or switch off without affecting the physical process it supports. We're also seeing more customers asking for help managing OT security on an ongoing basis. That means moving beyond individual assessments or projects and helping them continually understand their exposure, monitor for threats and prepare for how they will respond," said Brian Martin, Director of Product Management, Integrity360.
OT expansion
The launch follows Integrity360's expansion of its OT work over the past year, including its acquisition of French OT security specialist Holiseum in 2025. The new managed services build on that expansion and on its broader managed security business.
Integrity360 operates across the UK, Europe, Africa and Canada and has about 900 employees in 16 regional locations. It works with organisations in sectors including financial services, energy, transport, healthcare, manufacturing, telecoms and utilities.
Interest in OT security has risen as industrial organisations face growing scrutiny of cyber risk in environments where digital systems are directly tied to physical operations. For operators of factories, energy infrastructure and transport networks, balancing security action with operational continuity remains a central issue.
"With OT security, response must take account of what the technology is controlling. Taking automated action against a compromised laptop is one thing. Taking equipment offline when it is part of a production line or critical process is very different. That is why the managed service combines security monitoring with an understanding of the operational environment. The aim is to give customers the information and support they need to respond to a threat without creating a bigger operational problem," said Martin.
